Sam Goodman
President
Prior to joining Five Points Family Ventures, Sam was a member of the Corporate & Transactional team at the international law firm of McDermott Will & Emery, where he focused his practice on mergers and acquisitions as well as corporate advisory matters, primarily representing private equity sponsors and their portfolio companies. He began his legal career in the Corporate and Securities group at Greenberg Traurig. Sam also serves as an adjunct professor at the University of Miami School of Law, where he teaches an advanced course on transaction skills.
Sam earned his B.S. in Business Administration and M.A. in International Business from the University of Florida. He received his J.D. summa cum laude from the University of Miami School of Law.
Sam currently serves as Chairman of the Board of Mid-Atlantic Finance Company and as a Board member of TICE, spARK Labs by ARK Invest, the St. Petersburg EDC, and Fortaleza.
Scott Warnock
Chief Operating Officer
Scott spent over 20 years at Raymond James & Associates, Inc., most recently as Senior Vice President in a private client group practice, serving the unique needs of public company executives. Over his tenure at Raymond James, he served in many roles in the Equity Capital Markets and Private Client divisions of the firm. His areas of expertise included equity compensation, insider trading regulations and Rule 10b5-1 plans, concentrated equity solutions, directed share programs, structured notes, share repurchases, and strategies for raising equity capital.
Scott earned his B.B.A. in Finance and Business Economics from the University of Notre Dame. He became a CFA charter holder in 2003.
Scott currently serves as a Board Observer at TICE and as a Board member of the Florida Family Office Forum.
Pam DiMuccio
Executive Assistant
Pam oversees executive assistant operations across the family office and its affiliated private family foundation. Prior to joining Five Points Family Ventures, Pam earned her Bachelor of Science in Physical Therapy and built a successful career in healthcare, practicing as a physical therapist for more than 20 years. She then served as a personal assistant and property manager at a family office in Indian Rocks Beach for four years and then became a licensed real estate sales associate for three years. Pam brings a unique blend of operational leadership, project management, and service-focused professionalism to the firm.
